delio24 is an AI voice receptionist workspace for small and mid-sized teams. It answers calls, collects the reason for the call, uses approved business knowledge, books appointments, updates connected tools, and hands off to staff when needed.

Question 2

Is this another chatbot?

Accepted Answer

No. The product is built around phone work: numbers, live conversations, business knowledge, calendar actions, workflow steps, handoff, transcripts, and outcome reporting.

Question 3

Can it work in more than one language?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The setup supports multilingual callers, market-specific greetings, local routing rules, and shared records for the team.

Question 4

Can the receptionist book appointments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. With Google Calendar connected, it can check availability, offer open slots, confirm the caller's choice, create the event, and save the booking result.

Question 5

Which integrations are supported?

Accepted Answer

Common integrations include Google Calendar, Sheets, Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Telegram, Slack, HubSpot, SMTP, connector workflows, and custom business actions configured in the console.

Question 6

Can I use an existing phone number?

Accepted Answer

You can route calls through managed numbers or connect an existing telephony setup where supported. The goal is simple: the caller reaches the AI receptionist, and the workspace keeps the outcome.

Question 7

How should we measure ROI?

Accepted Answer

Track answered calls, missed-call reduction, booked appointments, qualified leads, callbacks, handoffs, average response time, and manual admin work avoided.

Question 8

Is the public demo real customer data?

Accepted Answer

No. The sandbox and demo use simulated data so prospects can explore the flow without exposing live customer calls or business records.
